My Path

Different environments, one discipline.

The throughline is learning how to create clarity, help people move toward an outcome, and remain accountable for what happens next. Each environment added something I now bring to product ownership.

What it taught me

Command taught what ownership actually costs: deciding with incomplete information, answering for outcomes you do not personally execute, and developing the people around you or watching the mission fail.

What it taught me

Teaching is where the skill of translating something genuinely complex into something a person can act on took shape.

What it taught me

Coaching taught that progress begins with correctly identifying someone's current state, not with prescribing an outcome.
